Fast Locksmith Coquitlam provides mobile locksmith services across Coquitlam, BC and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: emergency lockouts, residential lock work, commercial lock hardware, automotive key and lock services, safe services, and door repair. We operate as a mobile service — our technicians come to your location across Coquitlam's residential streets, strata towers, commercial corridors, Burke Mountain developments, and Evergreen Line-adjacent condos. We do not operate a storefront. All service requests are subject to technician availability, safe working conditions, and your ability to establish lawful authority over the property or vehicle being serviced.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion, particularly where we cannot verify lawful access authority or where safety concerns exist.
By requesting any service from Fast Locksmith Coquitlam, you confirm that you have lawful authority to access the property, vehicle, or lock in question. This means you are the owner, a tenant in lawful possession, or have explicit written permission from the owner.
We may ask for identification or proof of authority before beginning work. We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot confirm lawful access. You agree to hold Fast Locksmith Coquitlam harmless from any loss or claim arising from false or misleading representations about your authority to access a property or vehicle.
All price ranges shown on this website are estimates only. Your actual quote is provided by the attending technician after assessing the job on-site. We do not charge hidden fees — the technician will confirm the total before beginning work.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and e-transfer. For commercial accounts, invoice terms may be arranged separately.
Quoted prices cover labour and standard hardware. Non-standard hardware, specialty keys, or manufacturer-specific parts may carry additional material costs, which the technician will disclose before proceeding.
If you need to cancel a booked appointment, please call us at 604-259-6771 or use the contact page as soon as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable notice carry no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched and you cancel or are not present at the agreed Coquitlam location, a dispatch fee may apply to cover the technician's travel time.
Emergency call-outs that are cancelled after dispatch will be subject to a trip charge at the technician's discretion.
Fast Locksmith Coquitlam carries liability insurance and takes reasonable care in all work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, frames, vehicles, or property that may become apparent during the course of a service. The technician will note any pre-existing damage before starting.
Our maximum liability in connection with any single service call is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property contents, business interruption, or any loss arising from inability to access a property after a service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under British Columbia consumer protection legislation.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a lock, hardware, or key we supplied or installed fails due to our installation error within a reasonable period, we will return to remedy it at no additional charge. This warranty covers labour and applies to hardware we supply. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, forced entry by others, weather, or normal wear and tear beyond our control.
Manufacturer warranties on hardware we supply are passed to you as the end customer; we do not extend additional product warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.
This website, fastlocksmithcoquitlam.ca, is provided for informational and booking purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to transmit harmful code or content.
